in what cases are interviews waived and when is it required

Just wondering in what cases interviews are required and in what cases interviews are enforced by the visa office. Do consulting agents have the authority to waive interview process?

No consulting agent have authority to wave interview its completly depends on VO after checking ur documents if he think to have more clarifications from u then for sure u will have intervies if he satisfied with ur documents then it will be waived.

FMA
