Basically in the summer I was approved as a Sponsor for my wife. About like a week ago or so we got an email from the Vienna office. My wife not entirely sure on how these things worked replied to the email asking questions after we did one of the things it asked. She of course got an automated message. To save time Ill show you all what she wrote regarding what is unclear to us at the moment. Any help will be very much appreciated!

She wrote the following.

"The first document you wanted me to redo is a form, IMM5669E. I was encouraged to send things by email unless otherwise specified. I have filled it and am able to send it, but it has a field that I can't fill on the PC (the signature). Do I need to print it, sign it and mail it or will you accept it without a signature in an electronic form?

The second document you require is a bill (The right of permanent residence fee) that my husband has already paid, but you said that he didn't. We have a reference number for it and photographs. Will you accept that or do I need to mail something?

I have taken photos of the correct size this morning. Do you want scans or do i have to mail them? In what format do they have to be? Do you want four attached photo files or will one do?

Thank you for any clarification you can give me."

You'd need to print it out, sign then scan and send the PDF. The RPRF is a good idea to pay upfront as it can slow the process down (if they end up having to request it after your case has been processed). Fee is $490.

Usually they request a new Schedule A when there is a time not accounted for. So make sure that you don't have gaps in time (overlapping is ok).

So does she have to create her own PDF document out of these scans and send it back?

Also I have proof I already paid the RPRF. Even have absolute proof I indeed did. Are you saying I have to pay it AGAIN?

Nope, send the PDF that they sent you as a receipt, and yes she will have to fill it out on the computer, print it, sign it, then scan it into a new PDF and email that + RPRF.
