Each case is different and it could be months or years before it is completed.

You applied inland so I really don't know what the norm is.
Outland I have seen one year, I have also seen 1 week til email requesting updated info. For us they made the request email and typoed the address fortunately long story short it git sorted but the 'letter' that they sent in lieu STILL hasn't arrived almost two months later.
Order notes. Order motes every two months until your email arrives. Hopefully one set is all you'll manage to order . I think the norm for outland is a couple of weeks but you really don't know. Some vo's mark it in process earlier and the after part is longer. Notes. you can also check the timelines of inland applicants who have reached that next step and get a gauge on the general time it takes. Never any guarantees.
