In Process to Decision Made... Sep. 07 Back to In Process...What does that mean?

My husband's Citizenship application e-cas shows,

June 15, 2015/IP
July 29, 2015/Test
Aug 17, 2015/Decision Made
Sep 07, 2015/"Decision Made" disappear and back to "In Process"
The last line still shows:
"We sent you a notice on July 6, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on July 29, 2015...... "

What does that mean?

It could be a good news, they might be ready to send you oath invite or could be an issue, where they want to reevaluate your file and ask for more documents.

I hope it's the first one.

Quite honestly, probably nothing. eCas is notoriously flaky that way.
