I have applied for PR under EE-FSW inland in 1 -April 2017, however due to my nationality, the security check is still ongoing(medical, criminality passed and eligibility is recommended pass).
I am currently on a PGWP and am going to start a program at the university in this september, thus need to provide the university either a study permit or a COPR or a document that shows I have in-principle PR status.
Now I was wondering if it is possible to obtain a letter from IRCC which shows I have "in-principle PR status"?
If yes, how am I supposed to get it?
