I'm in need for someone's expertise on this. I have applied for my in-laws visitor extension and have two questions:
1. Can they stay here while their file is in process or until a decision is made.
2. Is it safe to extend their flight ticket, their return date was Oct.31

They can stay, while the application is processing, which is called as IMplied. When did u submit,. by the way?

I have submitted on Oct.16 and their 6 months are ending on Nov.9th
