My husband and I submitted our inland spouse sponsorship application to the CPC office in Mississauga about four weeks before my curent status as a TFW expired. As I technically had an implied status until I hear from ICIC I continued working.
They returned our application about 2 weeks after my work permit expiration date, because of a missed signature, which means I no longer have a status in Canada. Obviously I fixed and did what needed to be done and will be sending the application back ASAP.
What would be the best thing to do at this point? Restore my status as a visitor? Any directions/guidelines would be helpful.
