I need to sponor my spouse only, I have one children living with me and my spouse (already canadian). what should i fill in question 6.B)? do i need to fill my daughter name or just levae it empty?

in the guidline they mentioned the statment" Do not use this form if the person you are sponsoring is your spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner and has dependent children who have dependent children of their own" what does this statment means ?

I am sponsering my wife which she has our daughter (already canadian) and she is still 4 years old.

my other question ,should my wife (the sponsored) fill the Decleration form to authorize me to have our daughter with me to canada, taking into consideration that I am sponsering my wife and our daughter already canadian citizen?

They are talking about when the spouse or partner has a grandchild; specifically, when the spouse's child is still dependent, but also has a child.
