I have a question for application mailing address.

from the guide, it said I should mail application to
InCanada
sponsorship
CPC ― Mississauga
P. O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, Ontario
L5A 3A4


from cic.gc.ca, I did the Questionnaire, and it said I should apply family sponsorship
but, the address I should submit my application is
Case Processing Centre Vegreville
Permanent Residence Applications
6212-55th Avenue
Vegreville, Alverta
T9C 1W3

so which one I should send to?

Send it to CPC-Mississauga. If I were sending the application, I would use a courier (so they have to sign for it). That address (from CIC's website):
