In an Express Entry profile, Can I select, Married but Wife not accompanying so I can get more points?

Hi RCIC personnel!
I do have a question for you!
With partner(outland) currently my points are 473 (waiting on my wes and her wes and ielts)

Without my wes, and say "No" on the is your partner accommodating you, my points are 504. (Visa expires in July 2024)

Can i say no the accommodating partner and then apply for her Spousal Sponsorship OWP and PR after I Get mine?

Is it possible or would that be messy?

He just got his PR recently. He submitted his wife's application and he got AOR for her document as well.
