in 6 years instead of 5

[bachelor of dentistry]

hi, i wanted to know if the duration of the degree matters for student visa or not, as i will be completing my degree in 6 years instead of 5 years with 4 backlogs...
i have 57% and 7 bands in ielts
i read that it will be viewed negatively , i'm little scared
please help me out!
