i am about to file my cec application after post graduation work permit and i have some confusions on these questions below in the application form.

visa office requested for the process of your application?

what is advisable to write in it?

in the same form, question 19 asking for identity card number. i am from pakistan and my card is in urdu so shall i get this card translated from Canada or Pakistan or can i send this urdu card?

also last question is regarding police certificate.

i landed exactly on my 17th birthday 6 years ago. after that i went to pakistan for 4 months max once in 2005 and once in 2006. since 2007, i never went out of the Canada so do i still need police certificate?

If you are currently living in Canada, you have to put Buffalo.

Technically, no, you do not need it. You can write a letter stating those facts so that CIC understands why you have not included it. But understand, they may ask for one anyway.
