The biometric reader did not register green light despite 3 tries, the reader just did not give green lights. The tech suggested may be genetic issue with skin and few people did have this problem. He was going to send the biometrics with notes. Has anybody faced this problem and how did this impact you? Please share your experience as to what to do or what will happen with failed biometric BIL!
