Is there anyone in the forum who actually had their study permit expired beyond 90 days grace, left Canada, came to their home country, reapplied for study permit again and been issued one, after any specific period of time?
All I have heard so far is students having this trouble. But no one actually did mention what exactly happened to them.If they really made it back to Canada or not.
thanks

hey,

I've got a friend who had a similar issue. Basically she had to go home urgently and her permit expired while she was over there. She applied for renewal at CHC islamabad. However it took way too long and then she ended up having to take a gap year in between her undergrad.

not quite what you wanted, but somewhat similar.

cheers!

Hey,so was she able to manage to get her Study Permit re-issued after that time then?.Was she over 90 days grace when she left Canada?

There was a member on this forum he got his new SP after the expiry of grace period of 90 days. He was from Saudi Arabia who returned home before completing his studies and his percentages were also low but he got his new SP.

Sorry, I can't remember his name.

Wow,thanks people for all the informations.I needed to satisfy myself that there is still a chance for me to re-enter Canada as I am in the situation.
Thanks again people.
