Actually i am trying to ask-
I was looking minimum requirement for Federal Skilled trade Stream, i have experience in trade 9241 ( power system operator), in minimum requirement is was mentioned, one year job offer to qualify in canada or certificate of qualification to qualify.
But in my trade certificate is not regulated legally or mandatory but its voluntary in some scenarios- employer can request it from you.
So main poin is
-> I don’t have job offer
-> I don’t have certificate of qualification.
Can i apply and qualify?
