[Important] EE/OINP related queries. Please help

Hey friends,

I am in process of immigration and I have few queries. I would be grateful if anyone could possibly help me out.
These are very important to me as i need to be prepared when the occassion arrives.
Before i ask my queries below is my profile summary:
- Age - 29 yrs approaching 30 in July 2022
- Education - I have both Double Degree from WES and Masters evaluated from IQAS
- Experience - 5+ yrs
- Primary NOC - 0213 (IT Product Manager)
- IELTS - L8.5 R7.5 S7 W7 in 4th attempt but sill I have requested for EOR on S and W because I feel I did better.

Pl. find my queries as below:

1. Can i use my IELTS results as mentioned above in my EE/PNP applications while those are sent for EOR?
   
   
2. My EE profile expires on 19-August 2022 should I cancel this application and create a new one now itself considering FSW starts in July 2022 and first few rounds might not go below 480 until Septmeber 2022? This concerns the Tie-breaking rule. Ofcourse, my CRS around August-September will be 467.
   
   
3. Assuming I receive an ITA for FSW in November-December, will they actually process my application within 6 months? or they might take more time? I have to plan for Proof of funds.
   
   
4. Also, is the 6 months criteria applicable in case of Employer/employee Provident fund too?
   
   
5. Can we expect OINP tech draw to have upper cut-off above 472? Like it happened for the recent 2 draws where upper cutoff was 600
   
   
6. My CRS score was 472 with masters and I have reduced it to 465 with Double Degrees until FSW kicks in. Can I expect OINP nomination for 0213 (tech draw) or 0124 (Priority NOC)? If i shouldn't expect an ITA i will change it back to 472. Please suggest if I should gamble with CRS?
   
   
7. Assuming, I get an NOI from OINP in tech draw from CRS Range of 463 - 467. What happens if I receive EOR after I receive NOI from OINP? Because my score might increase by minimum of 3 points i.e. it will be 468 and out of the range. Will OINP consider my application?
