importance reference employment letter

Hi all
Could you give me some advises. I have two references from employer
the first reference letter gave me last years july 2012 since I resigned.
The second reference letter gave me last week.
If I submit 2 references letter .Is it fine for the first reference letter because the date of letter was July 2012?
Please advice..Thank you

second letter is presend in Ontario date of letter this month

Ok, then it's fine. You just need the letter dated after you left your first employer,
so every day can be counted towards your CEC experience.

I scare CIC will ask me to update the first letter with employer....if like that i will submit only the present employer letter.

No, if you worked for that employer in 2012, it's totally fine having the letter
dated in 2012 as well.
