Importance of WES report for employers

Hi all,

Just wanted to understand whether recruiters and companies ask for the WES report from the applicants or is it only for ECA purpose. My masters institution is now recognised by WES but I already am in the process with AOR. Should I upgrade my WES report or ignore it?

Just wanted to understand whether recruiters and companies ask for the WES report from the applicants or is it only for ECA purpose. My masters institution is now recognised by WES but I already am in the process with AOR. Should I upgrade my WES report or ignore it?

I haven't heard any employer asking for it (atleast not for non-regulated jobs). For regulated jobs it may not be the case.
