Import my car during landing

Dear all,

I'm now with a study permit in Canada and I temporarily imported my car when I came as a student from US. I just got my PR approved and need to import my car again permanently during landing. Does anybody have similar experience with me? I have no idea of how to do it (export to US and import to Canada during landing). I hope it's not too complicated and troublesome. I need some ideas!!
