Implied Status ?

hi there,

i'm getting a bit nervous here because it's getting really tight.

My German "young professional" program is going to expire by the 31st july. It is/was impossible to ask for an extension for this kind of program, according to German "young professional" visa rules.

I need a new work permit, and my employer applied for a LMO, we've done that mid-march, no problem.
End of april we got the confirmation that they've started processing.
There are now 3 weeks left. I've seen i can apply online, should be faster then.

Anyway,...will i be (hopefully!) on implied status if the LMO arrives i the next 3 weeks and i apply online?!

If not, I'm in the sh*t i guess.

P.S.: The Federal Part of my QSW is about to be processed, Meds done 8th May....hopefully i don't have to leave the country until then...

but, even if my Work Permit expires at the 31st July...can I still stay for a couple of days in Canada (even without working of course) or do
i have to leave latest 31st July?

I have heard here and there about the Implied Status but haven't had yet a clear answer.

I can read everywhere "Apply for Implied Status".

Assuming (because i cannot find any form for such an "application" per se....) the "Implied Status" will be given automatically as soon as you apply for an WP extension, providing that you give all the necessary doc's, the VO will see that whats going on. a bit confusing for me.

i have read the "new" conditions:

and have discovered that i probably don't even need and LMO and CAQ.

Any Opinions about that?
