Hello,
I worked for a month at a job while i was on implied status waiting for my PGWP , I think that experience is counted right? but should I put " Work permit required , No Lmia required ", or " no work permit required " ?
thank you again ! much appreciated

Yes, it's counted. For reference, http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-186.html

Regarding second question, In my opinion I would put work permit required as every company requires legal proof that worker is allowed to work. You can say that you informed employer that you have applied for PGWP & according to law, you are legal to work while waiting for decision.

Hope it helps!
