Hello,

we have a Working Holiday Visa, which will expire on 23rd of August. On July 3rd we applied for a Visitor Record for extend our stay in Canada for 2 more weeks. Now our request is processing, but we are a little bit nervous about the day when we have to leave Canada, because we have to prepare for a possible departure earlier than we planned. We read on the internet about the Implied Status. So I want to ask. If we do not receive a decision to Visitor record before the expiration of Working Holiday Visa, will be Implied Status for Visitor Record applied?

Thank you for your answer.

Thank you for your answer.

You are fine to remain in Canada until you have a response on the visitor record application. So yes, you will have implied status.

You will have to stop working as soon as your WHV expires. However you can certainly remain in Canada afterwards without working.

Thank you for Your answear . so its possible get some document about implied status or it’s automatically?
