Immunization form requirements for PR

Hi all,

I have read on one post that when you get CoRP you will also get to form immunization form if you have infant/toddler accompanying you t Canada.

Can anyone give more information.

As far as I know the immunizatin for kids is not mandatory in Canada it is recommended.
