I am an international student in Canada and just graduated. I am in Canada from 2014. I will be applying for PR soon from the new immigration opening. I just had a confusion with tax file. I haven’t filed any tax returns so will it be a problem when I apply for my PR? During these years I have not worked and was a full time student. Please help me out. Thank you

I don't think the lack of tax returns will be a problem since it doesn't ask for income, however, you do need to absolutely find a job by the time you start to apply. Having a job at the time of application is a requirement.

You will have to file all those returns at a certain point like you should have been doing for 6 years. Seems very unusual to have never worked for 6 years. Have you done a masters or PhD? If so some of the funding may have been considered income.
