[Three O's]

My younger brother lived in U S for couple years with no crimnal record, married to U S Citizen before he left back to Africa when his green card was not approved.
His now planning to relocate to Canada with his kids under express entry or pnp.
Did anyone has the idea of how he can go about this .

Start there and read about Express Entry and the various Provincial Programs. He should be able to tell which one he's best qualified for, and then can ask more questions about that specific program.
