I am in a quandry here. the Canadian Embassy in Moscow refused to give the courier driver my wife and her daughter's visas because of the strike. This will jeopardize her travel to Canada. Her visa is ready for pick up I even called my member of parliament about this incompetence. We don't have much time. What do you suggest?
