Good Morning, I am 32, I am from Afghanistan,
I have a master's degree in Information Technology and a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.
I have seven years of full-time work experience as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer.
I want to move to Canada and work in the field of Software Engineering.

I have published my paper at IEEE, and IEEE IEMCON 2019 conference was held from 17 - 19 October at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
Link: (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8 936259). In this paper, I have worked practically and decreased the page loading time of web-based applications, and increased MySQL performance.

Tell me if I have any chance to move and find a job in my specialty in order to earn a normal income and provide for my family.

Research Express Entry. You need to have your Masters evaluated (ECA) and need to take IELTS/language to submit a profile.

Unless your degree or university has some issues (misrep etc), I do not see any trouble in immigration part. That or you have some inadmissibility issues (if at all) like criminal past and medical issues. Otherwise, it will be a straightforward process. BTW, go with Ontario PNP if you are running short of points. That being said, you will have enough points and cut off has been dropping lately (canadafornewbies.com/express-entry-canada-draw/).

Getting a job is a different ball game however. Typically, anyone who has worked elsewhere will be able to excel job here too, eventually.
