Immigration to canada

Hi everyone.. im jetro me & my wife are applying as immigrant in canada and our agency is CWSS main office in Totronto canada.. can u tell us if you are familiar with CWSS because this agency referred to us by a friend.. is this agency is competent for sending immigrant in canada?... i just want to know more of this agency before we proceed for the payment.. thanks in advance..

You need to learn the immigration process yourself. Most of the cases, agency is not needed. By applying it yourself, you understand the whole process and there is nobody in the middle that might slow down (also drain your checkbook). If you understand English, read and write, you should be able to do this on your own. If your English is very poor (no offense, just pointing out a scenario), then it will be difficult to immigrate to Canada these days, as the country put more emphasis on candidates with sufficient English proficiency to successfully migrated to Canada.
Lots and lots of people successfully immigrated here without the help of agency.
