Hi I'm an ICT engineer and I have recently acquired my masters in business management by the Commonwealth Of Learning headquarted in Burnaby, Canada, through my university. I am also currently getting my certified in becoming a trained phlebotomist. What are the possibilities career wise for me? Would I have to certify once more to be hired as a phlebotomist? What English test would be best? I speak English, but I have never taken any of the required exams asked for in the application for express entry.
