Hi All,

Just got my hubby's immigration photos done - as the guy in the camera shop was finishing cutting to size specifications etc. He began to get the stamp out to stamp the back of each pic - I tried to figure out if it was on the sheet at all that they needed to be stamped with the date and place of the place we got them done but it doesnt specify anywhere (or does it?) that they need to be stamped. I KNOW how picky they are about these types of things, so the guy stamped them anyways because he figured it would be better to have them stamped over not having them stamped if they were supposed to be. Any ideas??

Thanks!

Hi!

It depends on the VO you are going through. It shouldn't hurt to have the stamp. Some VO specific requirements ask for name, date of birth, etc on the back whereas others don't request anything on the back.

You can find the requirements for your region under Part 3 at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
