I'm currently working on my application and came across the following question: 'Do you currently, or have you ever held immigration or citizenship status in a country or territory other than Canada (this includes your country of birth)?'
I have been a foreign resident since birth and also studied at a university in a different country as a student. Should I include these statuses in my response? Please note that I have completed my degree in 2009
