* RESIDENCE AND TAX SECTION
** Immigration and citizenship status
***Do you currently, or have you ever held immigration or citizenship status in a country or territory other than Canada (this includes your country of birth)?

Question:
Should this include:
VISIT VISAS to other countries ?
VISAS THAT WERE NOT USED ?
I asked chatGPT and it says yes, but I'm not convinced.

Thanks in advance!

You can. Some people list absolutely everything, but it's not necessary. As long as you list "significant" statuses, like work or studies visas or anything in places where you lived VS just visited, you're in the clear. Pick the option you're more confortable with and move to the next section.

I have a follow-up question:
So I have completed the form and am ready to submit. I have heard people saying it's better to submit at the beginning of the month vs end of the month because of IRCC processing. Is this true? eg submitting feb 27th vs 1st of march ? I have enough physical presence buffer days

One other question, would we have access to our entire application data, files, after submission?
You will have a copy of your submitted application showing all the answers you provided. Attachments will only appear as file names but cannot be downloaded.

The average processing time is now 14 months. Im not sure a month end or beginning makes a difference. Your call though.
