Hello Experts - In the document is said that -

•the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one year.

I am in Canada in 2010 and now currently in canada since Nov 2012........ ( Total Duration is more then 1 year , But in part , Like some months in 2010 , 2012 and 2013)....

Can I still select CPP-O as my visa office....

Yes. You need to select CPP-O as your visa office.
