I am planning to apply under Express Entry. I had a consultation with a couple of lawyers! Both of them were rip off's and did not tell me about the process in detail. Do you advise hiring an immigration lawyer for an EE application?

Entirely your choice. Many people do it themselves. But it does mean you have to do a lot more reading and research. Again - your call.

I would research and ask people here in this forum, then once my application is ready I would hire a lawyer to overlook at it, another set of eye won't hurt.
