Immigration information anyone?

I need some advice concerning immigration. I recently just got my letter of acceptance from the school I wish to follow a masters program in Quebec. I am suppose to apply for CAQ n also a study permit and i have ran out of time because I ve to apply for the study permit in Accra by the end of June n I dont think i can make it, cos the CAQ decision will take almost 4 weeks b4 i get any response from them and I have to now apply for a study permit for fall. What do I do? Is it possible for mi to drop my documents at the embassy while waiting or i should just defare the course? I need some answers anyone

it's better you get the complete documents before submitting your application.

I think you can not apply without CAQ.

1st get LOA original then apply for CAQ via online system. without CAQ you cant apply for visa.
