If i get divorced can get permanent stay in Canada.

please help. i am totaly stresssed,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Do you have a PR card already? If you do, you are a PR of Canada and can stay even if you get divorced.
If you don't have a PR card, what do you mean when you say you were sponsored by your wife?

I was married in India.I have initial spouse visa from India.
So its mean i have temporary resident visa.I need to apply for PR after 3 year time.
my wife is Canadian national. And she is my sponsor to bring me in Canada.

Are you sure you are here on a Temporary Resident Visa? Usually a spouse from India will have a hard time getting one with a spouse in Canada. And there is no reason for you to have to wait until 2014 to apply for a PR. You can apply for it right now; and you could have applied for it right after you got married while you were in India.
It sounds to me like you already have a PR visa, in which case you can stay permanently. After staying 3 years out of 4 in Canada, you can apply for citizenship.
