Hello,

I am thinking about immigrating to Canada based on H1-B visa and Federal Skilled worked/ Professional Immigration program.
Although I have read the process at CIC, I thought it's better to put it here and get people's opinions.

Does anyone have gone through this process recently and want to share experience?

Is it worth to hire an immigration firm who claimed to help you or you can get through directly dealing with CIC?
If yes, can someone recommend a good immigration firm?

Thanks in advance

If your case is not complicated with issues as criminal convicted or something like this and you are able to read english CAREFULLY all instructions, formats and so on you don't need to hire a consultant. They will only fill your formats for you and that's all. I've been dissapointed a couple of times while hiring these guys because they can make mistakes too.

I'm convinced that no one will be give the needed importance to your files other than you.
