Immigration from India, Forms and Fees

Hi,

I am applying for Canada Immigration along with my family from New Delhi, India.

I would like to know about the Forms which I have to fill for Immigration.

I am the Applicant and I wold be filling all the Forms related to it, Like Schedule 1, 3 and Background Declarations along with the Applicant Form.

Please guide me if I have to fill all same set of Forms for my Husband and 1 year old Son.
Or my husband need need to fill these Forms. Please guide.

Also while sending these Forms do I have to pay fees at that time only or it would be submitted later.

Please guide.

To answer your question, your husband will have to fill in the Schedule 1 as well as the Additional Family Information. You do not have to fill it for your kid. On top of each form, it is explained who needs to fill it. Just follow that. The fees for you and any accompanying adult should be paid with your initial application to Sydney, NS. Good luck!
