I did submit forms to sponsor my mother in 1995. Immigration in Canada returned my forms asking for more information. I don't have the old forms which immigration returned with me anymore.When I now sponsored another family member immigration in my country refused my application after it was approved by Missaugua office.I believe its conflict of information that was provided by me in two different occasions.How do I find out how did my old application look like( The actual application I submitted back in 1995)?

You can request the file using the same forms you use to request the GCMS (new CAIPS) notes. Instead of requesting the file information, you request the entire file. Please note, this will take some time to retrieve.

Thanks for that info.I do not know where to put " X" on that form to ask for the entire file. Can you help?

Thank you for that info. The letter of refusal wen to my old address because I didn't update my current address at the immigration.Is there a way to ask for a copy of the letter of refusal?
