I have filed my application for PR under Skilled Worker category on Nov 2005, In Dec 2008 I received a letter from Canadian Embassy, New Delhi stating that they are starting my file process and requesting my decision whether to continue or discontinue with the process or else they will refund me the processing fees.
I replied to continue with my file process in Jan 2009 but since 1 year has passed, I have not received any correspondence from the Canadian Embassy, New Delhi. Please guide or advise me as to what more time embassy will take to clear my file process.
