immigration email

I have read on previous threads that requests for further information and or passport requests have come via email. So I can look out for an email,and it doesnt hit spam, is there a regular email address they come from? Our office is london if this makes a difference....

My wife and I both setup some non-spam filters for FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca and generically *@cic.gc.ca. I thought I got those from a post on this forum but just did a quick search and couldn't find the specific post.

My understanding is that the email address to look out for is:

re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Somebody else on here said that was the email address their passport request came from anyway!
