Hi! I'm a Canadian citizen living abroad, and am planning on returning to Quebec (where I was born) for law school this August. I would like to bring my wife with me. She wants to go back to school and would ideally like to go to school in Quebec too, so we can be together. Will the chances of her being granted a CSQ go up if she's married to a Quebec resident?
Does the fact that she wants to go back to school (and only work part-time) when she arrives in Quebec hurt our chances of getting a CSQ? Also, does the fact that I'll being going back to school hurt our chances?
