Immigraion Country of residence status question for Syrians

Hello Canadavisa forum I am a Syrian who wants to immigrate to Canada I am filling out Forms but I have a few questions.
1st of all there is a questions about Status of me and my family in my current country of residence, I am currently in Armenia but I am not citizen nor residence in Armenia so what will be my status No Legal Status or Foreign national ? because in IMM0008ENU there is foreign national and there is no "No Legal Status"

Please Help and answer I have a few questions too thank you friends.

Canada government launches very flexible and easy refugee schemes for Syrians and iraqis, and thousands of people benefited. I think you know better. Why don't you try?

yes i am trying i am also filling forms but there was a question for example i am out of syria now and i am now in armenia what should be my status i am not citizen or residence neither refugee in armenia what is my status is it "No legal status" or "Foregin national" ? so i will fill the form without mistakes thank you

I think appoint a good consultant and try for any possibility of Refugee category. It is the easiest, cheapest and quickest. If u interested, I'll suggest an honest, laborious and brilliant consultant.

Actually consultants are doing business, it is their profession. So it is not free. I think approx 3000 CAD. But they suggest some unique ideas which we can't imagine. Better u communicate him directly and ask about possibilities, if find suitable, go ahead.
