IMM5669 - Have I been refused?

Hi forum! This is my first post, I hope someone will help.

I previously had applied for FSW in 2007, but my file was canceled (like all others). Now my question is, does this count as an immigration visa refusal (as questioned in the form IMM5669 part 6d)?

If you were the one that cancelled,it is never a refusal if otherwise it is.

That mean you were not refused but your application regarding Permanent Residency was cancelled.

Dear Martin

All pre Feb 2008 files were terminated by Act Of Law ,this is not refusal
You may apply as and when you wish
