Good morning.

What number should i write in the question number 2 of Schedule A Background/Declaration where they ask for Application Number?

My visa extensions have application numbers but they vary with every extension so im not sure what to put there.

Unlike UCI number which is unique.......different applications should have different Application Numbers.

You won't know the Application Number for your Sponsorship Application until you have sent the application package and IRCC has sent you the Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR1).........so you could leave the Application Number field BLANK.
