IMM5645E Signature field problem

How will I put my signature or name in the IMM5645E if it is disabled, I can only write the date but I cannot enter my name in the Signature field.

Print, sign, scan

I don't really think it makes a difference that you don't sign it. You will be signing electronically when you submit your application so that validates all the papers in the application.
