IMM5562 Your Travels - Flagpoling question

Hi everyone

I have a quick question.

I am trying to complete my IMM 5562 - Your Travels form. I went to the US border about a year ago to get my work permit (flagpoling).

What should I put as my "length" of travel - 0 days or 1 day? :-\
