It says:
If you ( or a family member 18 or older ) have lived in Canada for the last six months, or Canada is the country where you....... police certificates for Canada are not required at this time.
my question is, applicant is my spouse and me is the sponsor currently living in Canada as PR for years now. is the above statement true for my spouse? am I considered family member on this statement?
