I am living in Canada on my work permit since last 1 year.
I got recently married and planning to apply SOWP for my wife, who is not in Canada. So basically it will be a Out-land SOWP.
While filing imm5476e form, I want to make myself as a representative for my wife, so all legal activities detailed information, I can followup with GIC here in Canada.
In imm5476e form, under section B, Shall I fill number 7 information, though I don't have any firm or legal organization. It's just as individual we want to appoint myself as representative.
Also, under section D, do I need to sign again in Signature of Spouse column, even it is not a sponsorship application.
Any suggestion would be really helpful.
