imm5444e From_Section D_PR Renewal_Residency Obligation

Hi All,

Need your advise regarding PR Renewal Form (imm5444e --- Section-D)

My situation:
I landed in Canada for PR on 03 Sep 2015, stayed for 10 days and left back to my work country to wind up everything.
I came back on 27th Aug 2018 and now in Canada since then.

Does everyone has to fill the Section-D of the form ?
Considering my situation, do I have to fill the Section-D of the form (imm5444e) ?

I think I do not need to fill the Section-D as in last 5 years (from my first landing 03 Sep 2015 till now 25th Aug 2020) I was not out of Canada for 1095 days or more.
Secondly, different situations 1, 2, 3 of Section-D, do not match to me, as they are referring to those who accompanying Canadian Citizens.

Please advise.

Follow the instructions, they're quite clear. As I read it, no, you do not have to complete this section.
